Severus stared around the room. Red decorated nearly every surface from the poinsettia wrapped candles to the shiny balls and bows festooned on each bough of the little tree standing in the corner.

"Is it that time of year already?" Severus huffed.

Harry hummed as he walked past, toeing up to plant a kiss on Severus's cheek.

Severus rolled his eyes and turned to face Harry. It was then that he noticed Harry only wore a small Father Christmas hat, and he was standing under the mistletoe.

Leering, Severus followed Harry, softly singing, "It's the most wonderful time of year!"

By now many of you have seen or heard about the situation with HPFandom and Hex Files. At this moment in time, HSSHSH is only currently located in its full capacity at The Silver Snitch 2. AFF continues to maintain that SLS does not exist as a member. Although you can still access the story there, it is missing the 2 most current chapters. It was decided that we needed one place that would be able to house everything, just in case of possible loss of data and have come up with a solution.

We have opened a community on Dreamwidth to house the fic and all of the side pieces. We will be uploading the entirety of HSSHSH as well as all the fics from Stirs at this new location.

I know... another comm to join? Well, maybe. DW has the largest posting limit of the three journaling sites and it can be accessed by OpenID as well, so we felt that this would a perfect place to house Hols in its entirety.

Today, though, today is actually my day to myself and I just don't feel the urge to write.

ownficfest posted their reveals yesterday, so I can gladly claim my own fic that had been languishing on my hard drive. It went through several incarnations before I finally ended up with the one I submitted. I was also able to write a little snippet for someone else that didn't get a gift. I mentioned that last week but I am going to repost both of those in my journal later today.
